Invisalign® for Houstonians of All Ages

Yes, in addition to traditional braces, we offer Invisalign® for teens and adults as well as Invisalign First™ for younger patients. A popular choice among Houston families, this series of custom, removable clear aligners gently guides teeth into place. â€‹

Dr. Siller evaluates jaw growth, tooth eruption, and bite development to see if Invisalign can give you predictable, healthy results.

Having completed her Aligner Intensive Fellowship, Dr. Siller's advanced Invisalign training means more precise digital treatment design, better control over complex tooth movement, and ability to plan treatments for more complicated oral cases.

Our Approach to Gentle Orthodontics for Houston Families

Stress-Free, Mess-Free

Digital Imaging Replaces Messy Molds

At Dentini, our orthodontist uses a small handheld iTero digital scanner to gently capture images of your teeth in minutes.

  • Faster and easier for wiggly kids

  • Ideal for patients with sensory sensitivity

  • Nothing touches the back of the throat

  • Highly accurate 3D modeling

"It's a calmer ortho experience. There's no gagging or waiting, and the process is safer and more accurate."

Face & Jaw Development

Intervening Only When Needed.

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends your first orthodontic evaluation by age 7. That recommendation isn’t arbitrary.

When your child's first adult molars erupt, their bite is taking shape. It's a key time to evaluate how your child's jaws are growing.

At Dentini, Dr. Siller takes a deliberately conservative approach. We observe whenever possible.

"I’m conservative with watching something when we can, but sometimes there's easy steps we can take now to avoid bigger problems down the line."

Convenient & Comfortable

Seamlessly Integrated into Check-Ups & Cleanings

We monitor for signs of orthodontic needs at every routine visit.

  • We can often have our orthodontist pop by to check something on-the-spot

  • Dentini families get the convenience of everything being integrated, with referrals only necessary for surgical or adjunct procedures

  • You'll step into a private room for ortho consults or care, with overhead TVs to pick a show and relax during any treatment

"Whenever possible, we try to coordinate appointments so families can get everything done in one visit."

Transparent & Educational

You'll Always Be Kept in the Loop

There's nothing worse than a doctor who rushes in, then rushes out, leaving you â€‹unclear or uncertain about your treatment.

  • For kids, parents are invited in the ortho treatment room, able to see and discuss care in real-time

  • We'll go over everything with you after, and answer as many questions as you have, often sending you home with handouts and reminders

  • Our dental and ortho teams share digital records and coordinate face-to-face, so your Dentini routine care team stays current on your child's ortho treatments

From your very first free consultation, our process is designed to keep you involved and informed.

"We spend a lot of time making sure you feel educated and comfortable with the plans and goals of your ortho treatment."
